Avala, formerly Fairway Medical Center, will unveil a new state-of-the-art facility located in Covington, LA on October 18th. Avala will celebrate a fully-renovated hospital, a new imaging center boasting some of the latest technical advancements for CT, MRI, and X-ray machines, and a new physical therapy building with a grand opening ceremony and ribbon cutting event.
Avala is the ONLY facility in Louisiana to offer robotics-assisted surgery for both spine and orthopaedic surgeries. This includes minimally invasive spine surgery, total hip replacements along with total and partial knee replacements.
Avala’s goal is to allow people to “Trust Heathcare Again” by providing physicians with a clear leadership role and a role in healthcare. A luxurious atmosphere complements the cutting-edge surgical technology.
